Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your glow-up as much as we do, but if your Starface products aren't a perfect match, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, all items must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit the Return Portal

  Head over to our online returns center and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific hydrocolloid patches or skincare products you wish to return and tell us the reason for the request.

• 3.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely pack your unopened items in their original box.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive it, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
